It is one of the top 100 property enterprises in China and is a member of the China Property Management Institute. It provides services to a wide range of properties such as high-end residential buildings, commercial office buildings, government agencies, and industrial parks. The scope of business covers the Yangtze River Delta City Cluster, Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area and Mid – Stream of Yangtze River Cluster, Bohai Economic Rim and a number of central and western node cities, making it a comprehensive domestic property brand service provider.

The business revenue of the Company continues to grow steadily. Revenue generated by property management services increased from RMB82.7 million in 2018 to RMB136.0 million in 2020, with a compound annual growth rate of 28.2%. As of December 31, 2018, 2019 and 2020, our GFA under management is approximately 5.9 million ㎡, 7.4 million m² and 13.5 million m², respectively. The corresponding contracted GFA in 2018, 2019 and 2020 are approximately 9.9 million m², 13.4 million m² and 20.1 million m², respectively.
